HP LaserJet Pro M404dn Mono Laser Printer is a proven workhorse that remains one of the most widely deployed desktop mono lasers in Kenyan offices, with easy cartridge availability and low downtime. It runs at up to 38 ppm A4, at 1200 x 1200 dpi, with a first page out of as fast as 5.6 sec. Two-sided operation is automatic. Paper and media handling covers 250-sheet tray, 100-sheet multipurpose. The engine is rated at a monthly duty cycle of up to 80,000 pages. Connectivity is Gigabit Ethernet, Hi-Speed USB 2.0. Security and access control covers HP Sure Start, run-time intrusion detection. Day-to-day running cost is governed by HP 59A / 59X, which Ceter Technologies stocks and can supply on a standing reorder or a toner supply contract. The unit is supplied configured for Kenyan mains at 220 to 240 V, 50 Hz.
